Biography

Kim Spolén has worked at several of Stockholm’s leading hotels for a total of 20 years and has a wide experience of working with PMS, Channel and Revenue Management. He hasalso been a consultant during the opening of a 5 star hotel in Prague. Kim has a strong interest in all kind of marketing and customer relation activities and firmly believe that knowledge based communication with the customers is the key to a long term business relationship.Presently he is working as Director Infor Hospitality Nordics at Infor with hospitality software solutions.

In order to create an effective upsell strategy, everyone in the organization needs to know their product well, and for this, well-thought-out categorizations are needed.
